Medical Center Renovations

Wiley|Wilson was commissioned to provide architectural and engineering services to renovate the Lunenburg Medical Center to provide comfort and full functionality to the facilities occupants and patients. With the medical center being operational since 2001, some of its features had become uncomfortable for its occupants.

The architectural design included six new office spaces, upgrades to the reception/waiting area, a new bathroom, and color schemes for updated interior paint and finishes. The mechanical and electrical design included new split systems for verifying ventilation air re-use, a new back-up generator capable of running all functions within the building during a power outage, and interior lighting.
