Wiley|Wilson was the architect/engineer for the design of the Command and Operations Center for Fairfax Water. The command and operations center is a focal point for water distribution, dispatch operations, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring, intrusion detection monitoring of Fairfax Water assets.
The command and operations center was designed around 6 workstations, one for each operator, a Supervisor office/workstation, and a Systems Engineer office/workstation. Additional seats will be provided for added personnel during an emergency. All operator workstations, the Supervisor workstation, and the Systems Engineer workstation will allow for viewing of the video cubes and projector screens.
