Ray Balog  PE

Ray focuses on empowering high-performing team members to achieve success and purpose in both their professional and personal lives, measuring his own success by theirs. He strives to build a team and company that can provide the best of both worlds: exciting opportunities and strong financials along with individual flexibility and autonomy. As a Project Manager, he serves federal, state, and higher education clients, focusing primarily on growth in the secure federal market. Ray is also a licensed mechanical engineer, earning his degree from Virginia Tech.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking and riding dirt bikes, reading and journaling, and eagerly waiting for the Steelers and Virginia Tech football to turn the corner. He is grateful for every day and hopes to make each one count.
