Known for her passion for mentorship, Rachel guides the electrical engineers into the future in her role as electrical Discipline Lead, with the shared perspective that knowledge has no finish line.

Outside the office, Rachel enjoys traveling the world, catching up with her adult children, tending her vegetable garden, and being massively outnumbered by too many pets.
