Neil brings more than 23 years of experience to Wiley|Wilson. During his tenure with the company, he has served as Officer-in-Charge, Project Manager, and Lead Engineer on various projects for both state and federal government and industrial and private-sector clients. A professional mechanical engineer, Neil has experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. He has worked on utility studies, energy studies, industrial mechanical systems, fire suppression systems, and HVAC system design. In 2000, he began managing Wiley|Wilson’s Richmond Office. An engaged authority, Neil participates in numerous engineering and professional groups, including the Association of Physical Plant Administrators, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers, the Society of American Military Engineers, the Association for Facility Engineers, APPA (Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers), and the Society of Fire Protection Engineers.
