With 20 years of service as a warranted Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer and now with 20 years in private industry, Joe’s experience has been vital to expanding Wiley|Wilson’s footprint and partnerships in the federal market and throughout North Carolina. A strong advocate for Design-Build project execution with many partners in the construction industry, Joe is expanding opportunities up and down the eastern seaboard.

A father of two military veterans, Joe likes to spend his free time chasing little white golf balls and tinkering with his very first car – a 1971 SS-350 Camaro.
