Connie is an expert not only in all things HR but also on the fine details of being a successfully managed Employee-Owned company.  She has been recognized as Plan Administrator of the Year for her oversight of the company’s 401K plan which has over 95% employee-owner participation.  Connie makes sure our employee-owners understand the great benefits we offer and the unique ownership culture we strive to create.

In her spare time, Connie loves spending time with her grandchildren and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies. She also enjoys traveling to tropical locales and reading good novels — ideally doing both at the same time.
