Pay Transparency Policy: Wiley|Wilson will not terminate or in any way discriminate against employee-owners or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own compensation or the compensation of another employee-owner or applicant. However, employee-owners who have access to the compensation information of other employee-owners or applicants as part of their essential job functions are prohibited from disclosing the compensation of other employee-owners or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to such compensation information, unless the disclosure is (i) in response to a formal complaint or charge; (ii) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing or action, including an investigation conducted by the Company; or (iii) consistent with the Company’s legal obligation to provide such information.
