Wiley|Wilson Recognized for Excellence in Employee-Ownership Communication

Wiley|Wilson is proud to announce that it has won an Annual Award for Communications Excellence (AACE) from the National ESOP Association, America’s largest employer-sponsored advocacy and education association focused on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). The annual AACE competition recognizes companies that do an outstanding job of communicating about their ESOPs to employee-owners and the broader community. Wiley|Wilson won the AACE in the Single Outstanding Event category for “Ownerfest 2018,” the company’s internal-only ownership education retreat.

“Being recognized by the ESOP Association for our education efforts is really an honor,” said Ezra Bailey, who serves as the Chair of the company’s ESOP Ownership Committee. This Committee plans and organizes Ownerfest each year. “2018 marked the seventh year that we have held this event, and our challenge is always to come up with fresh content that will appeal to both new hires and seasoned employee-owners. We had record attendance at Ownerfest 2018 and received positive feedback from attendees. Winning an AACE further proves that the Committee is doing the right thing with our signature event each year.”

This is the fourth AACE honor the company has earned. It previously won the award for Outstanding Company Intranet (2013), Best Single Event (2014), and Best Video (2018). The company was named an AACE runner-up in 2015 for its year-long series of ownership-themed events.
