According to Consulting-Specifying Engineer, firms on the Giants List are ranked based on MEP design revenue. Twenty-six percent of companies reported that in 2016 the economy continued to be their biggest challenge; however, that number has dropped considerably the past two years, down from 63% in 2014 and 35% in 2015. Other questions on this year’s survey revealed greater information about the makeup of the reporting companies. Employee-owned firms, like Wiley|Wilson, make up 24% of the ranked companies.
