Wiley|Wilson is pleased to announce that it has been named a Runner-Up in the ESOP Association’s Annual Awards for Communication Excellence (AACE) competition, specifically the Special Events, Promotions, Series (250 employees or fewer) category. An ESOP, or Employee Stock Ownership Plan, is an employee benefit that provides employees with an ownership interest in their company.
“This is a tremendous honor for the company and the ESOP Communications Committee,” explained Ezra Bailey, Marketing Coordinator and Committee Vice-Chair. “The ESOP Association is a prominent supporter of employee-owned companies so receiving this recognition from them validates our efforts. Entering the AACE competition each year also helps the committee benchmark how we are executing on our goal to educate employee-owners about our ESOP.”
This is the third AACE recognition the company has earned from the ESOP Association. The company won AACE awards in 2013 and 2014 for its Intranet and Special Events and Promotions, One Outstanding Event (Ownership Retreat), respectively.
