A structural engineer and transportation engineer with extensive knowledge in both areas, Norm brings to every project a unique perspective that is highly practical and backed by years of expertise. He has designed new foundations and buildings in sizes ranging from 3,000 SF to 360,000 SF, as well as transportation and railroad bridge structures; and inspected and evaluated the structural integrity of existing facilities for both private- and public-sector clients. Norm has more than 36 years of experience, the last 33 of which have been at Wiley|Wilson. He is a registered engineer in the state of Virginia and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
