Wiley|Wilson Named a ZweigWhite Best Firm to Work For

Monday, July 30, 2012

Wiley|Wilson was named the Tenth Best Multidiscipline Firm to Work for at ZweigWhite’s 2012 Best Firms Summit, held in Seattle at the end of July.

To create its annual ranking, ZweigWhite independently surveys firm employees to determine if they feel valued, understand how their work contributes to the firm’s success, and recognize the impact their efforts make. Only those firms that exemplify these qualities make the final listing.

“This is one of the most meaningful awards to receive because it reflects what our employee-owners think about the company,” said Fred Armstrong, Wiley|Wilson Chairman and CEO. “Their feedback indicates that they feel respected and valued, are well-informed about company happenings, and are given opportunities to work on interesting projects. Our top priority is to continue to foster a workplace where people feel inspired, challenged, and most of all, appreciated.”

Since April, the company, its employee-owners, and cities with Wiley|Wilson locations have been recognized by a wide variety of organizations:
“As an ESOP company, Wiley|Wilson employee-owners recognize that company success is their success — and it shows in their work, their commitment to quality, and their drive to exceed client expectations,” Armstrong added.

This is the first year Wiley|Wilson submitted to ZweigWhite for consideration.
