Bob has a wealth of project experience garnered from his more than 25 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry. His expertise includes designing new structures and performing condition assessments and retrofitting existing structures in the commercial, government, and industrial sector. He is familiar with a variety of structural elements, notably steel, concrete, masonry, and timber. A QA/QC specialist, Bob is adept at reviewing drawings and specifications at identified milestones, comparing designs with program to ensure compliance, and reporting conflicts and coordination issues for resolution. Bob has facilitated design reviews and value analysis services for clients for fifteen years, evaluating the firm’s and other A-E designs to ensure that the project objectives and budgets are met while providing the best value for owners. He has served as Program Manager for Federal Aviation Administration design services since 2000, directing multi-discipline teams on the design of multiple Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) and Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) facilities throughout the Eastern and Central Service areas. Bob is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a registered professional engineer in 16 states.
