As Director of Project Management, Phil is responsible for developing and implementing consistent company-wide project management processes and procedures. He also acts as project manager on select projects, primarily in the federal government and private sectors.
He has worked on anti-terrorism and force protection projects, utility studies, energy studies and designs, industrial mechanical systems, fire suppression, and HVAC system designs.
Phil was previously with Newport News Shipbuilding where he was a Test Engineer on nuclear submarines, cruisers, and aircraft carriers.
