Wiley|Wilson provided full MEP design services to the architect (Holabird & Root) for this GSA project which includes an addition of a 129,947 SF classroom facility, additions to the dining hall, expansion of the day care center, and expansion and additional security for the Visitors Center. The addition is to accommodate a variety of administrative offices, instructional spaces, audio-visual rooms, multipurpose rooms, classified conference rooms, operations center, and storage spaces.
A major addition to the child care center was added to accommodate approximately 100 children. The child care center was designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
