Description:

Suitable candidates will have extensive experience in the design of electrical power systems for commercial and industrial facilities, with prior work on both low voltage and medium voltage systems.  Candidate should have well developed expertise in power, lighting, and telecommunications design for buildings.  Experience in the Federal Government arena, as well as on campus style systems, is highly desirable.  Candidate should either have, or be able to quickly obtain LEED AP accreditation.  Familiarity with Autodesk and/or Bentley 3D/BIM packages is a significant plus.  Candidate must be able to lead the electrical design effort on large multi-discipline projects and take responsibility for meeting cost and schedule requirements.

Requirements:

P.E. registration in Virginia, or P.E. registration elsewhere with the ability to become registered in Virginia through reciprocity.

DoD security clearance, or the ability to obtain such security clearance.
