Lakeside Avenue Enhancement Project - Henrico County, Virginia
Improvements to 4,000' of four-lane roadway through a commercially developed
area. New storm sewer and outfall. Construction of a raised median, new curb and
gutter, sidewalks, entrances, pull-in parking, and overlay/regrading of
pavement. Outfall permitting and categorical exclusion for the TEA-21, CDBG, and
County funded project.
