Tappahannock Municipal Building - Tappahannock, Virginia
Design and pre-planning efforts to incorporate the Town Manager's Office,
Clerk's Office, Treasurer, Zoning Official, Council Room and public space into a
new facility that reflected the colonial flavor of this historic town. In
addition to the design of their new Municipal Building we were also asked to
design a seal for the town that represented the Town's history as a port of
trade. Tappahannock's history is linked to Captain John Smith and the year 1608.
The seal was adopted by the town in 2004.
