Augusta County Commerce and Technology Center - Augusta County, Virginia
The Wiley|Wilson project team prepared the Master Plan and Preliminary
Engineering Design for Augusta County’s first publicly-owned industrial park. A
total of 435 acres was planned for four phases of development and included 43
lots. Potential access roads were developed in five locations. Preliminary
grading plans were prepared using “Digital Terrain Model” to determine earthwork
balance.
