Montgomery College Utilities Master Plan and Design Services - Germantown • Rockville • Takoma Park, Maryland
Developed a Utilities Master Plan for three college campuses. Reviewed the
water, sewer, heating, cooling, and electrical systems to determine their
existing condition and their ability to provide reliable service for future
expansion of the campus. Recommendations were made for modifications to the
heating, electrical, and water systems and for replacement of the distributed
cooling equipment with a central plant design.
