University of Pittsburgh Utilities Master Plan - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Developed a master plan for all utilities including: steam, chilled water,
electrical distribution, domestic water, gas, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and
telecommunications systems. The project involved a master plan and energy audit
for 50 buildings and 5 million sf of university campus. A computerized
facilities management database was created.
