Exciting news for Virginia and for Wiley|Wilson from CNBC's America's Top States for Business 2011 survey. Unseating Texas, Virginia is ranked first among all states for business in the United States.  Virginia holds this spot for the third time in five years and sets a record for the most survey points.

Three Wiley|Wilson offices are located in Virginia with offices in Lynchburg, Richmond, and Alexandria.
