Benefits
SUMMARY OF BENEFITS
Wiley|Wilson offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits plan designed to protect its employees from excessive medical and dental bills, loss of income due to inability to work, and life insurance for the financial well being of the employee's family. In addition, the firm offers a state-of-the-art Safe Harbor 401K Plan which has matched employee contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% for each of the last six years along with the Employee Ownership Stock Plan to insure a well financed retirement. The firm encourages growth and promotes from within.
Another benefit offered to all employees is flex time. Work hours can vary per employee within the parameters defined by the employee’s supervisor. Options such as four ten-hour days and five early-start/early-departure days are very popular. This benefit has proven to be very beneficial to employees that need to consider dependent care, school schedules, and traffic conditions.
INSURANCES
Health Insurance is available in a comprehensive plan for the employee and family at a shared cost. The plan also includes dental coverage. New employees are eligible for this coverage on the first day of the first full month of employment.
Other insurance benefits include:
- Long Term Disability
- Salary Continuation Plan (Short Term Disability)
- Accident Insurance
- Group Travel Accident Insurance
- Life Insurance
VACATION AND HOLIDAYS
The firm offers vacation to all full time salaried employees based on length of service. Generally employees begin with vacation of 2 weeks per year. The firm recognizes all major holidays and publishes a holiday schedule well in advance of each calendar year.
CAREER GROWTH
Wiley|Wilson always attempts to promote from within. To that end, the company strives to provide opportunities for individual growth by encouraging each employee to accept substantial responsibility early in their career. Additionally, continuing education is supported by an excellent tuition reimbursement plan.
FOR FINANCIAL SECURITY
Wiley|Wilson is an employee owned company commonly referred to as an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). This is an enormous benefit to employees as they accumulate stock over the length of their employment which, in conjunction with the joined 401K Plan, can provide additional funding for retirement - and is an incentive for each employee to help make the firm as successful as it can be.
The entire benefits package and related policies will be explained in detail and may be added to or changed at any time. We welcome the opportunity to discuss them with prospective employees as the interview process takes place.
