Victor has acted as structural engineer and project manager for a variety of multi-discipline projects involving governmental, industrial, commercial, institutional, municipal, and residential clients. He has extensive project management experience for a variety of multi-discipline projects and has been involved in numerous projects requiring completion under expedited schedules.

Victor has specialized experience in anti-terrorism and force protection. He has been intensively involved in the management and design of several security related projects for private sector and governmental clients involving force protection upgrades to existing facilities.

    Chartwell Estate Landscaping project in Beverly Hills, CA (aka – The Beverly Hillbillies Mansion, which is located next door to the home of the President, Ronald Reagan)...  very exciting site visit

    Barbeque Babyback Pork Ribs... actually, I love fine food and drink of all types

    The Hunt for Red October

    Hiking, golf, and fishing (in no particular order)

    Isabella’s, or maybe, Main Street Eatery, or maybe the Texas Inn... too many choices

    Washington Redskins

    Costa Rica

    Working on my Grandfather’s farm in North Carolina 

  • Highlight of college days?
    Celebrating on the Brickyard at NC State University after the “Cardiac Pack” won the NCAA basketball championship in 1983 under Coach Jim Valvano

  • If you were magic, what would you change in the world?
    Gravity – but only under specific circumstances

  • If you weren’t an engineer, you would be?
    Probably a farmer...  it’s in the genes

    Stuffed Babyback Ribs from Southside 815 in Alexandria...  they are to die for
