Altavista Project Progresses Despite Cold Temperatures

The Town of Altavista infrastructure and streetscape project has commenced despite extremely cold temperatures. Timothy R. Wagner, P.E., Wiley|Wilson Project Manager, reported to the Altavista Planning Commission that construction has officially started.
