Wiley|Wilson completed the Elko Wastewater Pump Station as a “fast track” project that was successfully completed to meet the scheduling needs of the White Oak semiconductor complex. Wiley|Wilson worked with Henrico County to construct the 13 MGD pump station which was designed to serve industrial, commercial and residential development in eastern Henrico County. The primary driver for the project was the White Oak semiconductor complex. The fast track design and construction efforts resulted in successful project completion by the time the complex was complete and ready to begin production.
