Architectural, engineering, and planning services to perform an evaluation/assessment of the existing headquarters complex to determine the most economical and feasible plan for meeting the current and future operational and space needs of the agency. Work included updating the master plan, assessing the existing conditions of three buildings and the site, space and site planning, interactive design, evaluating operating efficiency, a feasibility study of renovation vs. new construction, and site recommendations should the agency choose a new building.
