Provided emergency egress improvements to the Guayaquil consulate as one of seven projects completed for the Department of State. Highlights include field survey and detailed design for life safety and egress improvements to the 6-story consulate building, new fire-rated enclosure for interior stair, security systems, telephone outlets in designated "area of refuge" on each stair tower landing, and all electrical work supporting stair tower upgrades.
