Wiley|Wilson provided design and construction phase services for the development of a new veterans cemetery on an 80-acre undeveloped site. Phase 1 included the development of approximately 25 acres. The first phase includes three structures:

• Public Information/Administration Building – 2,775 SF
• Committal Shelter – 1,000 SF
• Maintenance Facility – 3,320 SF

The exteriors of the buildings feature a wainscot of bluestone, which is a locally mined manganese limestone. The Administration Building and Maintenance Facility are heated and cooled via ground source heat pumps.

Site work consisted of walkways, internal roads, parking, ornamental fencing, and new water and sewer systems.
