These sewer replacement projects began as an inflow and infiltration study that recommended replacement of sewer lines and appurtenances.

Parallel Gravity Main Replacements:

• Approximately 3,700 linear feet of 10-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer to replace 10-inch and 12-inch diameter parallel sanitary sewer
• 1,975 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer
• 275 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer
• 400 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer from Building 1 to the meter manhole

Sub-Main and Lateral Sewer Line Replacements:
Approximately 4,400 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer and appurtenances to replace 6-inch and 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer sub-mains.

All design included allowances to keep the existing sewers in service during construction.
