Dennis has experience in a wide range of water, stormwater, and wastewater projects. These projects include water treatment plants, pump stations, distribution systems, storage tanks, wastewater treatment plants, gravity sewer systems, wastewater pump stations and force main sewers, storm sewer systems, flood control, permitting, environmental impact reports, environmental assessments, and separation of combined sewer systems. Dennis has also written reports for water and sewer studies involving computer models, cost analysis, and utility layout alternatives.

A registered engineer, Maynard has experience in civil and environmental engineering projects. He has been responsible for the design and management of projects for waterworks, sewerage systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and industrial waste treatment facilities. He has been responsible for municipal planning including capital improvement programs, rate and cost of services studies and comprehensive regional water and sewer plans. Maynard also has experience in environmental audits and environmental compliance evaluations for government and industrial facilities.
