in the local, state, and federal government sectors. Corey’s
experience includes managing term/annual service contract agreements,
design-bid-build, and design-build projects that encompass
architectural, engineering, and construction phase services. As an
architect, Corey has extensive experience in space needs assessments,
building evaluations, new construction, renovations, and historic
restoration.
