- Wiley|Wilson is currently seeking a design oriented architect with the ability to provide leadership within our architectural group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture including project planning, client interface, construction document production, and construction administration. This candidate will have the experience and desire to lead multi-disciplined design teams on projects of moderate to high complexity. This candidate will also have the ability to work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and demands. Other experience and background that will be given strong consideration include construction experience, strong interpersonal skills, and involvement in organizations beyond the office that show commitment to the profession.
The selected individual will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of diverse projects in federal, state, local, and private markets.
- Requirements:

Registered Architect
Strong communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work within 2D and 3D CAD platforms including AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience:

6 to 10 years
- Desirable:
-
Experience in full BIM projects
Proven leadership role at previous employment
