is a Project Manager responsible for the scope, budgeting, and
scheduling of the study, design, and construction phases of projects
associated with roadways, site plans, storm drainage systems, airports,
stormwater management facilities, athletic stadiums, preliminary
engineering reports, utility design and relocation, inflow and
infiltration studies, solid waste landfills and convenience sites,
perimeter and site security, construction administration, and
environmental impact reports. Phil is accredited in the Leadership in
Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program and holds an Erosion and
Sediment Control Certification. He holds a Master of Business
Administration: Leadership degree and a B.S. in Business:
Management/Finance degree from Liberty University. He also holds a
A.A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology degree from Central Virginia
Community College. |
