Fire and Emergency Services Center (FESC) - Radford, Virginia

This 15,600 SF project includes the design and construction of combined rescue and two-company fire station. The FESC is designed with three functional areas that will be occupied 24 hours a day year round: Apparatus Bays, Residential Area, and Administration Area. Interior spaces are designed to provide maximum efficiency in the administration and apparatus bay areas while providing a comfortable residential area isolated from operational traffic and noise levels associated with facility operations.
