is a registered engineer with experience in the design of electrical
systems for industrial and manufacturing facilities; governmental
facilities; commercial, institutional, and office buildings; and
colleges and universities. Leland is Lighting Certified, has served
twice as the President of the Roanoke/Blue Ridge Section
of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America, is a long
time member of the IES Office Lighting Committee, and is former member
of the Test Committee of the National Council on Qualifications for the
Lighting Professions. |
