Steve has over 17 years of experience with all levels of electrical power systems design. He has been directly involved with analysis, design, protection, and master planning work for medium voltage electrical distribution systems. Steve also has designed low voltage electrical systems for building projects, both for new facilities and renovations. Prior to joining Wiley|Wilson, Steve was employed by Allegheny Power System and by International Technical Assistance Group, where he had experience working in electrical power transmission system design, electrical power distribution system planning, design, and protection, as well as international power system consulting.

Steve also has experience designing water and wastewater plant electrical systems, industrial power and industrial controls systems, outdoor lighting systems, and electronic security systems, which have included access control, closed circuit television (CCTV), and perimeter security systems.

Steve has experience performing assessments that determine potential incident energy exposure levels. This experience included providing documentation to comply with OSHA which involved reports and equipment labeling.
