American University Utility Design Services - Washington, DC
In February of 2000, Wiley|Wilson was awarded an annual indefinite
quantities contract for miscellaneous architectural and engineering
projects. The contract has been renewed annually and is currently in
force. Under the contract, we handled over 30 separate task orders.
Representative task orders have included: electrical system
improvements, transformer replacements, transformer vaults, emergency
generator planning, central plant improvements, building MEP
renovations, steam line replacements, structural projects, and
preparation of safety alert drawings for every mechanical and
electrical equipment room on campus.
