 Jay leads our Site Group in our Lynchburg Office, providing land
surveying, site design, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment
control services to our clients. A licensed surveyor and civil engineer,
Jay understands the complexities inherent in design of new drainage
systems and is experienced with successful redevelopment and retrofit of
existing systems to achieve water quality objectives. Jay’s stormwater
design and analysis experience includes the full range of stormwater and
land development services for our industrial, private, municipal, state
and federal sector clients. This work has included the use distributed
controls, low-impact development strategies and environmental site
design principles to reduce runoff impacts and comply with LEED
standards. |
